12:41 PM EDT, 04/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Andfjord Salmon Group (ANDF.OL) signed a partnership deal with Eidsfjord Sjøfarm for the substantial supply of post-smolt salmon, according to a Monday release.

The Norwegian company will deliver post-smolt to Eidsfjord through 2027 and has also secured a salmon smolt sourcing and processing agreement with Holmøy Havbruk.

As part of the deal, Eidsfjord will invest 100 million Norwegian kroner in Andfjord Salmon through a private placement of shares to raise 300 million kroner. Net proceeds are earmarked for construction works at Andfjord's Kvalnes facility in Norway and for general corporate needs.
