Fasadgruppen CFO to Exit; Interim Finance Head Named

02:23 AM EDT, 05/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Fasadgruppen Group (FG.ST) said Friday its Chief Financial Officer Casper Tamm decided to step down.
The Swedish façade manufacturer named Magnus Blomberg, group controller and head of investor relations, as interim CFO, effective June 1.
Tamm will remain as an adviser with the company until the end of 2026 to ensure a smooth handover.
