Hercules Metals Upsizes Private-Placement Share Financings to $31.5 Million

11:46 AM EDT, 05/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hercules Metals (BIG.V) on Wednesday said it upsized private-placement share financings to $31.5 million from $23.2 million.
The company sold underwriters 36.4-million shares price at $0.59 each in a bought-deal private placement, raising $21.4 million.
It also is also seeking $10 million in a brokered private placement of 17-million shares, also priced at $0.59 each
Barrick Mining (ABX.TO) has a participation right to maintain its stake in the company but Hercules did not say if the company plans to participate in the offerings.
Proceeds will be used for exploration and development of its 100% owned Hercules property in western Idaho and for general working capital needs.
Shares of the company were last seen down $0.01 to $0.63 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
