Seafire AB Closes SEK135 Million Purchase of Splendor Plant

12:02 PM EDT, 04/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Swedish investment group Seafire AB (SEAF.ST) completed its acquisition of Splendor Plant for 135 million kronor on a cash- and debt-free basis.
Of the total purchase price, 17.5 million kronor will be satisfied through two directed issues of 1,202,004 and 1,417,164 shares to the three sellers, according to a Thursday release.
Under the deal announced on March 4, an additional 15 million kronor may be payable if certain conditions are met.
