ÅAC MICROTEC CHANGES NAME TO AAC CLYDE SPACE 2019-11-06 AAC Clyde Space (previously ÅAC Microtec AB) The Swedish Companies Registration Office has today approved the companys application for name change, wherefor the parent company and thus the group changes its name to AAC Clyde Space. The name has previously been used in marketing communication and is a well reputed brand in the small satellite market. "AAC Clyde Space is regarded as one of the leading players in the small satellite market. The name change enables us to realize the full potential of our brand and become even clearer to customers", says CEO Luis Gomes. An Extraordinary General Meeting on October 29, 2019 approved the proposal to change the company name, after which a formal application for change of name was submitted to the Swedish Companies Registration Office. The new name encompasses the value that was incorporated into the Group through the merger with Clyde Space 2017. The share maintains its symbol AAC, on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market.
