The members of the Nomination Committee ahead of the 2026 Annual General Meeting of BoMill AB (Publ) have been appointed.

The Nomination Committee consists of:

• Markus Wallenås, Chairman of the Nomination Committee
• Henrik Hedlund
• Sven Mattsson
• Lars Persson, Chairman of the Board
