Change to the Date of KoskiRent Plc’s Annual General Meeting

KoskiRent Plc announced in a stock exchange release published on 16 April 2026 that the Company’s Annual General Meeting was planned to be held on Thursday, 28 May 2026.
The Company has decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting to a later date, however no later than 30 June 2026.
The date of the Annual General Meeting and the instructions for shareholders regarding participation will be announced later in a separate stock exchange release and the notice convening the Annual General Meeting.
The change is related to the scheduling of the Annual General Meetings of the Company and its wholly owned parent company, KoskiRent Group Ltd, to be held at the same time.
