Emilshus has, through two separate transactions, acquired four properties within the category light industry in Linköping and Vaggeryd for MSEK 217, with a total lettable area of 14,200 sqm. The annual rental value amounts to MSEK 16 and the average remaining lease term is 7.5 years.

The properties are located in attractive locations with good transportation accessability and are fully let to well-established tenants such as Motonet, E-motions och Linköpings Tekniska Fabrik.

Closing for two properties in Linköping took place in March 2026, and closing for the remaining two properties is expected to take place during the second quarter of 2026.
