Jonas Rogberg replaces Pål Ahlsén as Chairman of the Board

The Chairman of the Board, Pål Ahlsén, has due to his appointment as CEO of Castellum AB given notice of resignation from the Board of Directors in Akelius Residential Property AB effective immediately.

The company has therefore today held an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting at which the meeting elected Jonas Rogberg to replace Pål Ahlsén as Director and Chairman of the Board until the end of the next annual general meeting.

Jonas Rogberg has been with Akelius for eight years and is currently the General Counsel of the Akelius Foundation group which includes Akelius Residential Property AB.
