Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden Holding AB (publ) (“SBB Holding”) announces that the company has repurchased its own bonds in the secondary market. The repurchased bond matures on August 4, 2026 (ISIN XS2962827155). During the latest transaction, bonds were repurchased with a nominal amount of EUR 14 million. The total nominal amount repurchased in the secondary market amounts to EUR 107 million. The repurchased volume thus exceeds 20 per cent of the outstanding nominal amount.
