09:00 AM EDT, 04/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Amazon.com (AMZN) has partnered with Einride to deploy 75 electric heavy-duty trucks and charging infrastructure across five US locations as part of the e-commerce giant's push to electrify its freight network, Einride said Tuesday.

The trucks will be manually operated and supported by Einride's proprietary Saga AI software, which will help manage electric-vehicle operations for select Amazon loads, including charging planning, the company said.

Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.

Amazon has increasingly relied on operators such as Einride, which provide vehicles, charging infrastructure, and fleet-management software, allowing the company to advance its electrification efforts without directly owning and operating all the assets, Einride added.
