03:58 AM EDT, 05/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hexatronic Group (HTRO.ST) agreed to purchase US-based data installation and service partner Superior Fiber &Data Service at an enterprise value of $29 million.

The acquisition will expand the Swedish fiber optics company's data center business area in the US, providing exposure to new end markets and boosting its presence in the commercial customer segment, according to a Wednesday release.

Hexatronic will potentially pay an additional $3 million earn-out for the company, which generates an annual turnover of $40 million, in 2029. The transaction is expected to close before the end of May 2026.
