06:59 AM EDT, 04/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Siemens Energy (ENR.F) received double-digit forecast upgrades from BofA Global Research following the German energy technology company's pre-released fiscal second-quarter earnings update, which also featured an improved outlook for the full year.
"We raise our 2026/27 adj EBITA estimates 8/12% after ENR's guide upgrade yesterday (+10/16% vs consensus) and lift our FCF estimates 40/11% too (+42/37% vs consensus). As a result, we raise our price objective to EUR250 from EUR220. Reiterate Buy,"analysts wrote April 24.
The research firm also reinforced its bullish view on the stock, highlighting the company's grid margin upgrade, implying a strong exit rate, and its free cash flow guidance suggesting a strong orderbook and potentially larger shareholder returns. Specifically, analysts expect 9 billion euros in buybacks through fiscal 2028 versus the committed 6 billion euros, with the first 1 billion-euro upgrade expected to be announced next month.
Siemens Energy is scheduled to release May 12 its financial report for the three months ended March 31.
