Veidekke Wins NOK670 Million Apartment Project in Norway

06:15 AM EDT, 04/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- A subsidiary of construction company Veidekke (VEI.OL) won a contract to develop the Stovner Torg apartment project in Oslo, Norway, for 670 million Norwegian kroner.
Veidekke unit Seby won the contract from Scandinavian Property Group following a competition organized by the city for climate-friendly urban development, according to a Wednesday release.
The first phase of the project will deliver 137 apartments in two buildings, with a contract value of 350 million kroner. Construction is scheduled to commence in May 2026, with completion of the project expected in the first quarter of 2028.
