ÅF Pöyry AB established a Medium-Term Note (MTN) programme in June 2018. In June 2019 ÅF Pöyry AB decided to update the MTN programme and increased the framework amount of its MTN programme from SEK 3 billion to SEK 5 billion. ÅF Pöyry AB publishes today an updated base prospectus with an unchanged framework amount of SEK 5 billion.

The base prospectus, which is available at ÅF Pöyry AB`s website, www.afry.com and on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's website, www.finansinspektionen.se is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of its approval.

Handelsbanken is arranger of the MTN programme and also acting as dealer together with Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken.
