Pekka Alli Appointed Chief Technology Officer of LeadDesk
LeadDesk Plc ("LeadDesk") has appointed Pekka Alli as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and a member of the Group Management Team, effective 15 September 2026. Pekka will report to CEO Olli Nokso-Koivisto.
Pekka joins LeadDesk from Finago Group, where he currently serves as Director of Engineering & Architecture. Previously, he has held positions as Head of Architecture at Accountor HR Solutions Ltd and CEO of Planier. He brings extensive experience in SaaS software, product development, leadership of technology teams, and the integration of software companies and platforms from a technology perspective. Pekka holds a Master of Science (Technology) degree from Aalto University, having graduated from the Degree Programme in Engineering Physics and Mathematics.
As CTO, Pekka will be responsible for LeadDesk's technology and architecture strategy as well as the leadership of the product development organization. His role will focus on strengthening LeadDesk's technological foundation, development productivity, and platform scalability to support the company's next phase of growth. Key priorities include the development of AI-powered customer interaction solutions, particularly services built around voice channels, as well as technology and product integration following acquisitions.
CEO Olli Nokso-Koivisto commented:

At the same time, LeadDesk's current VP of Engineering, Jarno Tenni, will step down from the Group Management Team effective 15 September 2026. Jarno will continue with the company in his role as VP of Engineering and will support the development of LeadDesk's technology organization under the leadership of the CTO.
