Norwegian Property ASA offers the investors in the NOK 1,335,000,000 bond with maturity in 2020 (ISIN NO0010768195) a compensation of 0.25% of notional for not exercising the put option resulting from the earlier announced Change of Control Event. The offer is contingent on bondholders controlling a minimum of NOK 950,000,000 in notional amount not exercising their put option resulting from the Change of Control Event. The compensation will be paid through VPS no later than 17 November 2016. Danske Bank and DNB Markets have been engaged as advisors.
