Trondheim, 7 November 2025. OKEA ASA (the "Company", or "OKEA", ticker: "OKEA") The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has today approved the prospectus prepared in connection with the listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange of OKEA ASA's senior secured bond with ISIN NO0013593855 (OKEA06).
