Market Chatter: Citigroup, JPMorgan Hired by Bain Capital to Sell Stake in Bridge Data Centres

05:45 AM EDT, 04/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Citigroup (C) and JPMorgan (JPM) have been hired by Bain Capital to run the sale of at least a 40% stake in Bridge Data Centres, Reuters reported Thursday citing two people with knowledge of the matter.
Bain is looking for a deal that would value the Singapore-based data infrastructure builder at about $5 billion and several private equity and infrastructure funds have shown interest in the sale, the sources reportedly said.
Indicative bids are due by the middle or end of next month, according to Reuters, which added that the investment firm may consider selling an even bigger stake if it receives an attractive offer.
Bain Capital, Bridge Data Centres, Citigroup and JPMorgan did not immediately respond to MT Newswires'request for comment on the matter.
