Saudi Appeal Court Accepts Saudi Cable Co's Lawsuit Against Rawafed Al-Mustaqbal

12:45 PM EDT, 04/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The Third Appellate Circuit of the Commercial Court in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, returned Saudi Cable Co's (SASE:2110) lawsuit against Rawafed Al-Mustaqbal to the Fifth Circuit.
The cable systems manufacturer said Thursday the Third Appellate Circuit accepted the company's appeal and overturned the Fifth Circuit's first instance ruling, which said it does not have spatial jurisdiction to hear the case.
The case refers to Saudi Cable's request to cancel a right transfer contract in relation to the payment of its existing 101.9 million-Saudi riyal debt, which Rawafed acquired from Noble Resources International.
