06:41 AM EDT, 04/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Riyad Capital reiterated its buy rating on Arabian Internet and Communications Services Co. (SASE:7202), d/b/a Solutions, after the information and communication technology services company's first-quarter results.

"Earnings growth was primarily supported by topline growth and lower OPEX, while the strong Q/Q recovery was driven by normalization in OPEX,"analysts said Monday in a first look note.

Net profit for the three months ended March 31 increased year over year to 370 million Saudi riyals from 361 million riyals, ahead of both the market consensus of 353 million riyals and the research firm's expectation of 354 million riyals. Revenue rose to 3 billion riyals from 2.82 billion riyals a year ago, compared with Riyad Capital's estimate of 2.97 billion riyals.

The stock's price target of 250 riyals was also maintained.
