02:47 AM EDT, 04/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Investor AB (INVE-A.ST) said Tuesday that it returned to profitability in the first quarter, while net sales increased year over year.

Profit attributable to owners of the parent company for the three months ended March 31 was 30.1 million kronor, compared with a loss of 3 million kronor earlier. EPS moved to 9.82 kronor from a loss per share of 0.99 krona.

The Swedish private equity firm's net sales were 16.13 billion kronor, compared with 15.99 billion kronor a year ago.

Meanwhile, the board proposed a dividend of 5.60 kronor per share for full-year 2025, payable in two installments on May 15, 2026, and Nov. 12, 2026. The first installment of 4 kronor per share will be paid to shareholders on record May 15, 2026, while the second installment of 1.60 kronor per share will be paid to shareholders on record Nov. 9, 2026.
