The number of shares and votes in Asmodee Group AB (“asmodee”) has increased due to shares issued in connection with the acquisition of ATM Gaming SAS. The number of class B shares and votes has increased by 3,029,463 and the share capital has consequently increased to approximately EUR 78,550.78.
As of April 30, 2026, the number of shares in asmodee therefore amounts to 236,721,491, of which 9,000,000 are class A shares carrying ten votes each and 227,721,491 are class B shares carrying one vote each. The total number of votes as of April 30, 2026 is 317,721,491.
