Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.04.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $7.87 billion, compared with $6.23 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $7 billion.

For 2026, the company said it now expects adjusted EPS of $13.55 to $14.25 and revenue of $34.7 billion to $35.2 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect adjusted EPS of $13.08 and revenue of $33.42 billion.

In February, the company issued 2026 guidance of $12.65 to $13.35 in adjusted EPS and $33.25 billion to $33.75 billion in revenue.

Shares of Quanta Services were up close to 7% pre-bell.
