The number of shares and votes in Embracer Group AB (“Embracer”) has increased due to shares issued in connection with payments of earn out consideration. The number of B shares and votes have increased by 75,162 and the share capital has consequently increased to approximately SEK 1,907,109.97.

As of 30 April 2026, the number of shares in Embracer therefore amounts to 228,853,127, of which 9,000,000 are A shares carrying ten votes each and 219,853,127 are B shares carrying one vote each. The total number of votes as of 30 April 2026 is 309,853,127.

As of 30 April 2026, Embracer holds 5,580,294 own B shares.
