10:44 AM EDT, 05/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Asian equities traded in the US as American depositary receipts were higher Thursday morning, rising 0.37% to 2,913.12 on the S&P Asia 50 ADR Index.
From North Asia, the gainers were led by Eason Technology (DXF) and Honda Motor (HMC), which advanced 63% and 4.2% respectively. They were followed by video display maker LG Display (LPL) and media company Phoenix New Media (FENG), which were up 3.6% and 2.9% respectively.
The decliners from North Asia were led by automobile marketplace Autohome (ATHM) and video streaming service Bilibili (BILI), which fell 9.1% and 7% respectively. They were followed by tech company Baidu (BIDU) and internet and data center services provider VNET Group (VNET), which were down 5.4% and 2.1% respectively.
From South Asia, the gainers were led by pharmaceutical company Dr. Reddy's Laboratories (RDY) and HDFC Bank (HDB), which climbed 3.8% and 2.9% respectively. They were followed by ICICI Bank (IBN) and IT firm Wipro (WIT), which increased 1.2% and 1.1% respectively.
